Velodrome News for accredited riders Wednesday, 1st September, 2010
There are major changes to car parking and access to main reception for the next three weeks. Car park 10 (adjacent to Canal Bridge) is closed, and all parking is in car park 8, (opposite Phillips Park). Access is gained through the VIP entrance (follow the signs), and then along the corridor to report to reception.
Should there be a need to evacuate the track during this closure, evacuate via the stairs from track centre to either VIP or doors 14/15. Follow exit signs at North banking. Main reception doors are closed so therefore evacuation through main reception is not available.

These are now on sale at the Velodrome reception, minimum £1.00 donation, with all the proceeds going to a Charity chosen by Carol and Mark. The Sky blue and pink bands, with the legend “Lewis Spadger Barry” are so obvious that anyone who has not bought one will be spotted a mile away. Alistair Wood is the Yorkshire agent, and Matt Winston will be at Sainsbury’s UK School Games in Newcastle upon Tyne this weekend with enough stock for everyone to buy and wear one. There are adult and kid’s sizes available.
