Saturdays 11:00 - 12:30 (starting 30th April)
The session is for those that are competent cyclists and that re looking to learn or progress their MTB skills. The session will cover all skills and techniques required to ride MTB, along with fun games and exercises that concentrate on the pure enjoyment of riding your bike and preparing for MTB racing.
Our FREE short (2 hour) cycle maintenance starter course will give you the knowledge to check your bike is safe to ride and enable you to cope if you have a problem whilst out and about. Our FREE intermediate (6 hour) courses will go that next step further, helping you to do more with your bike.
Learn to Ride is Back
Saturdays 13:00 - 14:00
Learn 2 Ride is a session for those who cannot ride a bike on 2 wheels.
It is run on flat ground, outside. Riders will go through basic skills such as setting off, pedalling and stopping. Some riders may progress to more work on braking, cornering and standing up while riding.
