Regular Riders Plus


An extension of the Regular Riders format, this is a coach led structured interval session to help develop individual fitness of those new to track through to riders training for track league.

From longer endurance intervals to short sharp sprint repetitions, this session will set you up for the day ahead!

Within this session the coach may also lead group riding exercises aimed at supporting the development of riders track skills.

Currently this session runs at 8am on Wednesdays only and shows on the booking system as Regular Riders.
